How do I create an invoice without signing up?
Go to /create and fill in the details — no account needed. You only sign in (with a magic link to your email) if you want to save your invoices and clients.
What is the difference between the free plan and Pro?
The free plan lets you create 3 invoices a month, and the PDFs carry a small ReciboPro watermark. Pro is $9 per month and gives you unlimited invoices with no watermark. See our pricing page.
How do I share an invoice on WhatsApp?
After you finish an invoice, tap the green WhatsApp button. It opens WhatsApp with a message containing a link to your invoice — your client taps the link to read it, no app or signup required.
How do Muse draft links work?
If you started an invoice through Meta's Muse assistant, Muse gives you a private link that opens the ReciboPro form with your details already filled in. Each link works once and expires after 7 days. See our Muse connector page.
