Add it to your AI assistant

In your assistant, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Choose Streamable HTTP, then paste the URL. Menu names may vary by assistant.

What it does

The connector lets Meta's Muse assistant start a ReciboPro invoice from details you give it. Muse gets back a private link; you open it, the invoice form is filled in, and you review, finish and send it on WhatsApp in ReciboPro. The usual free plan limits, sign-in and Pro features apply exactly as when you create an invoice yourself.

Endpoint and transport

MCP over Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0, POST only, no authentication. Supported methods: initialize, ping, tools/list, tools/call.

Tool: start_invoice

Creates an invoice draft and returns a link. It never invents prices, tax rates or client details.

items (required) — 1 to 50 items, each with description (1–500 chars), quantity (>0, up to 1,000,000) and unit_price (0 to 1,000,000,000)
business_name, client_name, client_email — up to 200 chars; client_phone — up to 60 chars
currency — USD, BRL, NGN, IDR, KES, GHS, ZAR, MXN, EUR or GBP (default USD)
language — en, es, fr, pt-BR, sw or id (default en)
tax_rate — 0 to 100; notes — up to 2000 chars; due_date — YYYY-MM-DD

Output: link, expires_at, item_count, total, currency.

Errors

405 — any method other than POST (OPTIONS returns 204)
413 — request body over 64 KB
503 — the connector is temporarily switched off
JSON-RPC errors: -32700 parse error, -32600 invalid request, -32601 unknown method, -32602 unknown tool, -32603 internal error
Tool errors (isError): "Invalid invoice details: <field>", "ReciboPro is busy right now…", "Invoice draft unavailable right now…"

Limits

Links expire after 7 days and work once. Identical requests within 10 minutes return the same link. Overall hourly and daily caps protect the service.

Data handling

Details you give Muse are processed by Meta under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. ReciboPro stores only the draft you asked it to create, deletes its contents as soon as the link is opened, and deletes unopened drafts after about 7 days. We log only item count, currency and timestamp — never names, phone numbers, emails or amounts. We do not receive your Muse account or conversation. See our Privacy Policy.
